myBurgerlab new burgers: Ultraman Burger (Salted Egg Yolk!) and Bait & Switch

So the salted egg yolk craze has hit the shores of Malaysia, and eateries are getting really creative with salted egg yolk dishes - salted egg yolk pasta, salted egg yolk croissant, salted egg yolk molten cake, salted egg yolk waffles & so much more!

My favourite burger joint, myBugerlab has hopped on the Salted Egg Yolk craze bandwagon - introducing the Ultraman burger aka Salted Egg Yolk burger.

Priced at RM18.80, the Ultraman burger features a thick, juicy & succulent Fried Chicken thigh coated with crunchy salted egg yolk crust, topped with mozzarella cheese, curry leaves and a hint of english curry mayo.

Take note that the Ultraman burger is not a Custard Salted Egg Yolk burger, so don't expect salted egg yolk custard to flow out from your burger.

The sweet & savoury salted egg yolk flavours stood out prominently in the juicy fried chicken patty. The addition of curry leaves further enhanced the flavours of the salted egg yolk. The faint taste of tangy curry mayo complements this burger perfectly, though I'd preferred if there were more curry mayo sauce!

mBl only serves limited amount of Ultraman each day so it is recommended to pre-order the Ultraman burger to avoid disappointment. Ultraman burger is available for a limited time only too!!

Bait & Switch RM16
A marinated Fried Chicken Thigh, topped with Cilantro, purple Onions and paired with pepper relish and budu mayo (fish sauce)

Beware: Spicy!! This spicy and tangy Kelantanese burger has a spicy & sour note that was truly refreshing to the taste buds. Thought that this burger had a zesty Thai feel to it.

The Ultraman burger and Bait & Switch burger are available at all four labs (location & address below!) until....not too sure when but I'm hoping if these two burger will stay on the menu longer!!
